By doing any of the following, you signify your agreement to these terms: (a) navigating, accessing, searching, or reviewing our platform in any way; or (b) confirming your agreement to these conditions by checking a box or providing some other kind of the favorable confirmation. "Quotation marks" always denote the exact same meaning when used in this context, so you know what I'm getting at.
Introducing and utilizing ORM GURU

- ORM GURU and You: In this policy, "you" or "your" refers to the individual or organization utilizing our platform in any way, whether directly or indirectly (for instance, through the use of automated tools like AI agents or screen scrapers)—whether that's browsing, searching, posting a review, or anything else. You are entering into a contract with the ORM GURU organization that is relevant to your location in this agreement when we use the terms "we," "our," or "us" in this context. For further information on the ORM GURU entity you are contracting with, please refer to the section (28) of these terms that addresses Our contractual entities and governing law.
- Services and products that are provided by other parties-
Technology, products, and services from third parties may be used, displayed, or linked to on our platform. Any technology, products, or services offered by third parties are not supported by us, and we neither promise nor assume responsibility for them. Our platform may not operate with your browser, network, or PC configuration; we cannot promise this.
- Account information -
A user account is required prior to one can do anything on our site (aside from browse), including leaving reviews, comments, likes, or flags. There is a restriction of one user account per user. No one else should be able to access your user account except you.
Log in with your existing Google, Apple, or Facebook account; or, alternatively, enter your email address and the verification code that we'll give you to make an account. On occasion, your name will be filled in automatically when you establish an account. After making a purchase, utilizing a service, or signing up through Facebook, for instance, you may be asked to click on a review invitation.
In addition, you'll be required to select a username that will show up on our site if you post a review, comment on another review, or make any kind of user-produced content, such as an image, review, or comment ("user generated content"). People can identify you using your username. Keep in mind that your identity could be exposed if you use your own name as your login. Make sure your username doesn't have any of the following:
- anything that is hurtful, racist, sexist, defamatory, vulgar, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable;
- the phrases "Guest," "Admin," ".dk" or ".com" etc.; or
- features that belong to another person or a third party, including another person's name.
It is fully dependent on you to regulate who can access and use your account. To illustrate:
- You must be cautious not provide out your login information (email address, verification code, etc.) to anyone or let them use your user account. - You aren't permitted to write, submit, or participate in the purchase of false reviews in any way. Attempts to influence consumer perception or unfavorably target a particular business are examples of false reviews, as are evaluations that do not reflect a genuine service or purchase experience with a firm.
- Do not do anything that could be deceiving, insulting, illegal, infringing on someone else's rights, or not in line with our Rules of Conduct and Rules for Reviewers.
- No portion of our platform may be copied, modified, adapted, reproduced, disassembled, decompiled, reverse-engineered, or its source code extracted.
- To all employees, partners, customers, and other users of the ORM GURU platform, you must not behave in an aggressive or disrespectful way. Abuse or bullying of ORM GURU employees, whether in the workplace or while interacting with support staff, will not be tolerated.
- It is not permitted to promote yourself, your services, or any business on our platform, or to submit reviews with an overtly marketing approach.
- You are not authorized to create or offer a service or feature that competes with our platform using our platform.
- Embedding a link to our platform into your site in a manner that falsely implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from us is strictly prohibited.
- Our platform is not to be licensed, sold, transferred, assigned, distributed, hosted, or used for commercial purposes in any way. However, this rule does not apply to user-generated material.
- No automated or non-automated means, other than those explicitly permitted by us or our platform, shall you access, search, or gather content from our platform.
- Unless we provide you particular authorization, you can't use our platform for data mining, web scraping, text mining, or any other similar activity. As part of this, AI systems and models are trained and developed.
Policies and Reviewer Guidelines:
All users are expected to adhere to our policies and Guidelines for Reviewers when they access or use our platform. Our policies and Guidelines for Reviewers are subject to change at any moment without prior notice. Once we make a change, it will be effective immediately and you won't need to do anything more to accept it.
Orm Guru's assets:
All intellectual property rights on our platform are owned or licensed to ORM GURU, except as specified above in these terms, including section below. Things like:
- trademarks, design rights, copyright (including in our software), and patents;
- proprietary information, expertise, and trade secrets;
- confidence in our platform's capabilities; and
- our platform's layout, design, and compilation,
- “intellectual property rights” No part of our platform or our intellectual property may be reproduced, distributed, altered, or used in any manner that we do not give our explicit permission. This means that unless we give you explicit permission, you can't use any of the content on our platform, including Scores and reviews written by other users, or our intellectual property.
Things that are owned by you
Anything user-generated that you post on our site or send through it is yours to own and you're fully accountable for it. You affirm that you possess the appropriate authorizations to develop, utilize, and disseminate this user-generated content. Your user-generated content will be visible to the public on our platform and accessible by third-party services and networks (such as Google) indefinitely unless we remove it (i) because you violate our policies, these terms, or our Guidelines for Reviewers, or (ii) because you delete your account
ORM GURU has a license for using any content that you create.
When you make, submit, post, or display user-generated content on our platform, you're essentially giving us permission to do items that we prefer with it—including but not limited to: use, modify, copy, distribute, publish, display, and create derivative works—from there, worldwide, without attribution or compensation. Furthermore, you acknowledge that this license grants us the right to share your user-generated material with third parties, including our customers, for any reason, including but not limited to syndication, distribution, marketing, or publication. If someone uses your user-generated work without obtaining permission from you or ORM GURU, you also give us the right to sue them for copyright infringement. Included in this are, when relevant under the Copyright Act, 1957Section 54, 55(1) and Section 30.
Platform Usage Information:
Usage data, analytics, metrics, and information gathered from user-created content and usage patterns (together referred to as "Platform Usage Information") may be collected and generated by us in relation to your platform use. We will retain full ownership of the platform activity data and any derivative works or analyses created from it. Platform activity data may be used for any legitimate purpose by us, including but not limited to service improvement, feature development, insight generation, and analysis.
The importance of Feedback
You are permitted to make use of any comments, ideas, or suggestions you have regarding our platform continuously without compensation or limitations ("The importance of Feedback"). The implication is that we are free to use, quote, or otherwise make reference to any written content or feedback that you send us, without limitations.

Always adhere to our Guidelines for Reviewers and only post genuine, objective reviews and user-generated material on our platform. Users' opinions on our platform do not reflect ORM GURU's position, beliefs, or voice.
