* manipulate reviews or ratings;
* impersonate brands or businesses;
* upload illegal, offensive, or prohibited content;
* misuse AI-generated tools for unlawful purposes.

## 5. AI & Automation Disclaimer
ORM Guru may provide AI-generated recommendations, automation tools, lead scoring, AI replies, analytics, and smart suggestions. Such outputs are generated algorithmically and do not constitute guaranteed business outcomes, legal advice, or financial assurance.

## 6. Verification & KYC
ORM Guru reserves the right to:
* verify GST/PAN/KYC details;
* request supporting documents;
* suspend accounts pending verification;
* reject or remove suspicious accounts.

## 7. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions may:
* renew automatically;
* include recurring billing;
* have non-refundable charges unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or limitation of services.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the platform.
