Policy for Addressing Disputes:
After reviewing the information provided and the type of complaint, ORM GURU will ensure that the infringed product or details are removed from its portal within 15 working days.
Policy on Security and Privacy
A. Introduction:
To protect our platform and our consumers from the harm that counterfeit and pirated goods can cause, we have instituted a policy to combat these issues. In order to effectively address the growth and sale of counterfeit and pirated products on our digital platform, we have strengthened our framework and have prohibited the sale or promotion for sale of such goods and services on our platform.
This policy outlines the measures taken by ORM GURU Limited and its affiliates (together referred to as "ORM GURU, we, our, us") to prevent the sale of pirated or counterfeit products on the www.ORMGURU.com website, mobile app, and m-site (afterwards called the "Platform"). We will not abide by any type of deliberate or negligent listing, display, uploading, or sale of pirated or counterfeit goods on our site.
The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules and regulations, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, are the legal basis for this policy, which is an electronic agreement. The terms of this policy can be legally enforced without the need for digital or physical signatures. You must comply with this policy at all times. You are expressing your agreement to be bound by this Policy and any other applicable Terms and/or policies by accessing our Platform or registering with us. We ask that you refrain from using our Platform or Service if you find this agreement unacceptable.

- To safeguard the legal interests of owners and right holders;
- To share responsibilities to ensure that neither ORM GURU nor its suppliers bring in pirated or counterfeit goods over the platform;
- To promote and raise awareness among customers about the need of buying authentic items from authorized sources or distributors using ORM GURU's platform;
- In order to make it easier for users to report pirated or counterfeit products on the ORM GURU platform,
- To stop the illegal sale of pirated and counterfeit goods on ORM GURU's platform.
C. Scope of Use:
Any and all websites, mobile sites, applications, and/or other services offered by ORM GURU Limited and/or its affiliates ("we," "us," or "our" or "ORM GURU") that include a link to this policy are subject to its provisions. The policy applies to everyone who visits or uses ORM GURU's Service, whether they are an individual or a business, and this includes advertisers, creative and media agencies, analytics companies, survey and research vendors and sellers, employees, users, customers, partners, advertisers, employees, staff, and any other service providers.
All third parties serving as vendors, service providers, contractors, subcontractors, agents, representatives, suppliers, sellers, partners, customers, and users, as well as any third parties accessing or utilizing our platforms or services, are subject to this policy. All employees and officials of ORM GURU Limited, as well as the main office, branch offices, and any other ORM GURU offices, are subject to this. D. Products and Goods That Are Forged or Copied:.
- Infringing on the rights of the owner of the trademark in question under the law of the country, "Counterfeit Goods" include any goods, including packaging, that bear an unauthorized trademark that is either identical to the trademark that is validly registered for such goods or that cannot be distinguished in its essential aspects from such a trademark.
- Products that are considered counterfeit have a logo or trademark that is either very similar to another company's trademark or is nearly impossible to tell them apart. They try to pass themselves off as the real deal by imitating the product's branding elements.
Products that are "Pirated Goods" are those that are duplicated in any way from an item whose creation would have violated copyright or related rights in the country of production and were made without the permission of the right holder or an authorized representative in the country of production.
- Products That Are Forged or Illicitly obtained:
- a) Products that are not authentic;
- b) Electronics that bear the name, logo, or trademark of a company that does not make the goods;
- c) Live performance recordings that are not official;
- d) Unauthorized copies of movies, videos, software, etc.;
- e) Products that are referred to as replicas, imitations, clones, fakes, mirror images, or similar terms when referring to a brand name, trying to pass them off as genuine;
- f) Fake goods that have the name, label, or logo of a real brand on them;
- g) Fake goods that try to pass themselves off as the real thing;
E. Owners' Obligation:
To begin with, all items for sale on the ORM GURU site must be real and true. It is absolutely forbidden to sell pirated or counterfeit goods. While using our services, sellers and vendors, or anyone acting on their behalf, are not allowed to do the following, among other things: host, display, upload, edit, publish, transmit, update, or sell counterfeit or pirated goods and products.
a) Only advertise, promote, or list legitimate, real products on our platform;
b) On no account should you intentionally purchase, list, or sell counterfeit or pirated goods or services.
c) To source and sell only authentic products;
d) Not to sell counterfeit, pirated, or bootleg versions of products or content;
e) Not to sell products that have been replicated, manufactured, or copied illegally; and
f) Not to sell products that violate the intellectual property rights of another party.
g) You may not upload or distribute bootleg recordings of concerts or other live performances on our site.
h) You may not upload or distribute illegal copies of any kind of media, including movies, videos, software, etc.
i) You may not provide or post any counterfeit, unauthorized, or imitation goods or products on our site;
(j) You are not allowed to sell or publish any electronic goods or accessories that use the name, logo, or trademark of a company that does not actually make those goods or accessories.
(k) You are also not allowed to sell or publish any non-genuine products that try to pass themselves off as the real thing by imitating the brand's characteristics.
F. Policy Noncompliance:
- Our policy against counterfeiting and piracy is being strictly enforced, and we are actively seeking cooperation from both our suppliers and customers. Neither ORM GURU nor any of its affiliates are engaged in the intentional production or sale of pirated or counterfeit goods.
- Among other things, ORM GURU may take the following actions against merchants and sellers if it becomes aware that they sell or supply false or inauthentic products:
a) We will promptly suspend or terminate the service and remove any counterfeit or pirated goods from our platform.
b) At your expense, we will destroy any inauthentic or counterfeit goods in our possession.
c) If we determine that our service has been used to sell counterfeit or pirated goods, we will withhold your security deposit, service fee, sale proceeds, etc.
d) If necessary, we will also initiate legal action against the sellers.
The Right to ORM Guru
- In order to enhance our ability to identify and stop authentic, counterfeit, and pirated goods and products from reaching the users of the ORM GURU, we collaborate with manufacturers, rights holders, content owners, suppliers, and sellers.
- When vendors willfully sell users or customers counterfeit or pirated goods or services on our platform, we collaborate with rights holders and law enforcement to pursue legal action.
- Additionally, we collaborate with relevant parties including law authorities to pursue legal action against vendors who willfully provide counterfeit or pirated goods to our users and customers.
- We commit to investigate all claims of counterfeit or pirated goods or services as soon as we receive them and to take all necessary measures to safeguard our customers, vendors, and owners of intellectual property.

- Neither ORM GURU nor its affiliates support the purchase or usage of fake goods. Our vendors are expected to follow our processes and procedures and uphold our ethical business standards. Under no circumstances may anyone use our site to sell pirated, counterfeit, or otherwise unlawful goods. We will stop at nothing to take appropriate action against anyone peddling pirated, counterfeit, or otherwise unlawful goods as soon as we become aware of it.
